I am researching my Bandeen/Taylor/Cowie/Donald lineage out of Aberdeen, Scotland. I have been confused with the unconfirmed Cowie name...as my grandmother was Agnes Cowie Bandeen. I have cut in both sides of my family lineage but need confirmation on some of the connections and marriages. In particular I cannot find my Taylor line from either side of my family...through Melvin or through Bandeen. I am searching in particular for the family of Agnes Cowie Taylor b. 1821 Fogue/Fyvie, Aberdeen, Scotland. I cannot find the Cowie name connection nor the Taylor family. I also have letters from my grandmother's Uncle Alexander Taylor and cannot find his connection to the line through Bandeen or through Melvin.
