I'm looking for information about my g-grandfather, George Henry Garratt, who was born in Manchester England in 1857, but was raised in Annan Scotland. Unfortunately, he doesn't seemed to be found in Annan in any of the census, and may have just missed getting in them. His family was Methodist, I believe, and the William Henry Garratt family, who can be found in the Annan census of 1861, 1871, and 1881, are relations. Any hints about how I might find him?
