Searching for Robert Edward Oscar De Bruce, b aprox 1829.
Came to N.Z. in 1850 and married 1851. D aprox 1857 to 1858.
No mention of his birth place on his mar cert, and no record of his death in N.Z. records, although his wife remarried in 1859 and lists herself as a widow.
A real mystery to us, and hope some one may be able to help with what seems like a real traditional scottish name!!
