Looking for information on the family of WILLIAM MURDOCK born 1883 at Maryhill Barracks, Lanarkshire. He had at least one brother, ALFRED, born 1885 also at the Barracks. Their parents were ANDREW MURDOCK & CHARLOTTE COLES who married in Co.Kildare, Ireland in 1883 but Andrew is believed to have come from Scotland originally. Andrew was a Gunner in the Royal Artillery. His father was also called Andrew. Any information would be very gratefully received. Many thanks.
