Hello Everyone,
My Name is Andrea Elbourne and I have recently just started to do a search on our family history. Some information I have to get started on is:
My Grandfather, Cecil, born in northern england next to the scottish border, in 1899-1900. Cecil was sent to canada at age 12(1912) along with other orphans.
His Mother's name was Lucy Elbourne-b.1870-80--d.1912(probably). I believe we are originally from Markinch in Fife.
This is little to go on (for now)... but if anyone has further information I would love to hear from you and share anything else I may have come across.
