ROBERT HYMERS ROBERTSON -born 1869, England. Son of GEORGE ROBERTSON (born 1841 at Greenlaw Berwickshire) and ISABELLA HYMERS. George's parents were THOMAS ROBERTSON and Isabel KING, they married in 1829 at Cockburnspath. The family's roots are in Berwickshire and Roxburgh, with relations in Burnt Island, Edinburgh. Robert lived in Benwell, Newcastle for some time.
