I am looking for any information on gggggrandfather Robert McLeod. I know that he and his wife Effie MacPherson came to Nova Scotia from Scotland by way of Prince Edward Island. Lake Ainslie and Pleasant Bay (then Grantosh). By 1828 They were living in Cape North. I don't know what part of Scotland that Robert and his wife came from or who their parents were. I have no dates on either of these people. They had ten children. Donald, Murdoch, David, Norman, John, Angus, Mary, Jane, Effie, and Annie. Murdoch son of Robert is my line. Murdoch married Ann MacPhersonand had nine children. Donalod, Norman, David, George, John, Robert, Mary, Maggie, and Alex. Donald son of Murdoch, grandson of Robert married a Mary Campbell and had ten children. Murdoch, Robert, Katie, Fora, John, Jane, Annie, Mary, Gordon, and Dolly. Katheryn (Katie) married a James T. Chambers and they had three daughter. Dorothy, May, and Marian. Marian is my grandmother and she married twice. Once to a Carroll Guy Sprague and then to A Cecil Edwards of Sherman, Texas. Any help on these names would be greatly welcomed.
