I really need help in finding information on my ancestors Innes Traill Reid and his wife Isabella Sinclair, who were married in Olrig, Caithness, Scotland 5 Dec. 1807. I have found four chilren, all christened in Caithness- George Traill Reid, -6 Oct. 1810. Jane Traill Reid- 20 may 1814, James Traill 12 Jan. 1817 and Traill Reid , Dec. 1819. Innes came to Prince Edward Island in Canada (date unknown). He became ill about three years later and his son James came over to take him home. Innes died and James stayed and married on PEI.I would like to find the parents of Innes and Isabella, the names of other children and why they named all their children "Traill". I also wonder if Isabella came to Canada with Innes, and, if not, where and when did she die. Can anyone help me?
