Alexander Alexander - I am looking for information on Alexander Alexander born arouind 1777 in Scotland possiblly Angus county. He is said to be a gggggggggggrandson of William Alexander, First Earl of Stirling. He immigrated to the USA @ 1796, settled in Northpoint Waldo Co Maine. In 1797 a son was born named Mathew (Martin). I do not have information on his wife or the 200+ year spread between him and the Earl. If I could find that connection it would be greatly apprecaited.
