I am trying to find out about my great, great grandfather, one John Ramsey seafarer from Aberdeen, maybe dates 1805 to 1832; by family legend captain of a whaling vessel, 2 children John who became a cooper and married Caroline Ryan in London(Bermondsey) in 1851 (family traced) and Mary said to have married Williams.
