Information on Greatgreatgrandparents.Joseph Hutchison and his wife Euphemia[nee Gibson].He a High Lord Provost of Scotland and she a first cousin of Sir Walter Scott. Their only daughter,Gertrude Josephine married Thomas Anson Cato & they sailed for New Zealand on the Southesk in 1876.She died in NZ about 1948 or 49 aged 91.The family estate was called "Woodside",situated at Strathaven,Lanarkshire.Jenifer Josephs[nee Cato]Taihape New Zealand.
