I am looking for the father and family of HUGH CRAIG b abt 1783, Bridge of Weir, Renfreshire, Scotland. He came to Ontario, Canada in 1815. I have the family from then forward but cannot find his family in Scotland.He had a son, Hugh Craig that married Janet Gibson Speirs in 1850 in Ontario, Canada.She had been married before to Thomas Robson, year unknown. She was born in Mill of Gryfe, Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire, Scotland 14 Aug 1821. I have quite a lot of info on the Speir family but cannot find any information on the Craig side. Could someone there come up with the proper family of HUGH CRAIG of 1783.
