I am searching for descendants of my greatgreatgrandfather James McCallum, Jr. born Dec. 17, 1813 in Argyleshire. He immigrated to Adams County, MS, US in abt 1840. His father James McCallum had at least two brothers Archibald & Ronald who also immigrated to MS in the U.S in the 1820's. James, Jr.'s mother was Elizabeth Davidson born in Edinburgh she immigrated to the US after James Sr died and lived with her son until her death. I believe either James, Jr. or his father studied medicine at the University in Glascow. Would appreciate any info or info as to person who might want to do research for me. Thanks
