BURTs of DUNFERMLINE: My 3rd great grandfather was John Davidson Burt, b 1827. He came from a long line of coal miners in the villiages surrounding Dunfermline. Unfortunately, the Burts had a habit of marrying their cousins, making their research a bit of a challenge. Would love to hear from other Burt decendants. I can be reached at amos@brigham.net
