Looking for birth record for my gggrandfather, William Forbes born Inverness about 1817 - he married Ann Elder also of Inverness on 26 Feb 1849. Their son John Ord Forbes was my ggrandfather - he married twice - Janet Sutherland and Margaret Gray - and he died in Dundee in 1919.
