Seeking information on my great-great grandfather John Davies. He was born 16 December 1818 in parish of Holywell, county of Flint, Wales. Parents John Davies (surprise) and Anne Edwards. Her parents are Daniel & Elizabeth Edwards. John (the younger) had 8 children as follows -
Robert b. 18 Oct 1841
Elizabeth b. 2 Feb 1843
William b. 3 Feb 1846
Mary Ann b 30 Aug 1848
Jane b. 4 Nov 1850
John b 25 Feb 1953 (my great grandfather)
William 26 Aug 1861
another unknown child b 4 Jun 1858
I need information on where these children were born and the name of their mother. Davies is an extremely common Welsh name, however I am hoping some one may recognize some of these names and dates. Thanks for any assistance forthcoming!
