Anyone in Wales know of my younger brother who was born at Devonport Maternity Home, Devonport, Plymouth Devon on 13th MAY 1961? His birth name was PETER BATEMAN and his birth mother's name was MARGARET. I don't know the name of the family who adopted him so his name may have been changed. If anyone knows Peter, please contact me.
