Born 17/10/70 at East Glamorgan Hospital, named Carol. Adopted via Pontypridd Social Services, renamed Charlotte Ruth but prefers to be known as Ruth, living in Caerphilly. I was informed, that you were told, I would be disappointed if you did not wish to have contact. I prefer to use the term devastated. Find it hard to believe you have no questions at all to ask. Were you actually told that I had tried to make contact? If I am wrong, I apologise. If you are Ruth or if you know this person please tell her that I have always loved her and always will. I wish her no harm and do not wish to intrude into her life, if she does not want to know me. If she wishes to know more information, please leave a message on this board c/o Sally.
