Seeking any information on the Sharkey & Smith families of Monmouthshire
Francis Sharkey, b c1830 Sligo, Ireland, Father Bernard, Mother unknown
Sarah Ann Smith, b c1838, whereabouts unknown, Father Daniel, Mother unknown

Francis, b Pontypool, Monmouthshire, 20 Dec 1855
Mary Jane, b Fothergill Street, Newport, Monmouthshire, 14 Jul 1858
Francis and Sarah Ann eventually married at St. Alban's Church, Pontypool, Monmouthshire, 17 Oct 1864, Their next child, Sarah Ann, was born c1868 in Manchester. Francis decamped at some time and Sarah Ann doesn't show up with the children on the 1881 census. The 3 children were living together in Mancester at that time. Don't have access to the 1871 census.
