I am seeking information on Peter Martin, born in 1874 to Michael Martin a shoemaker from Claremorris, County Mayo. Peter's mother was Mary Hughes. In 1890 Peter immigrated to Philadelphia on the ship British Prince. In 1893 he married Mary Farrell. Mary was also on the same passenger list along with a John Farrell who may have been her brother.Mary and Peter had seven sons and Peter died when they were young. The boys were mostly raised in foster care. Any information from either side of the Atlantic would be greatly appreciated. Edie pond55frog@aol.com
