Looking for the parents of Nicholas MCNICHOL who was born in Barnsley, Yorkshire in 1765/66. Parents unknown but were probably linen weavers, & could have been from Antrim or Down, having been part of the Protestant Plantation in the early 1600's.Have come up against a brick wall!
