I am placing this on behalf of a friend,she is looking for her brother who she has never seen or spoke to,she is looking for CHRISTOPHER JOHN KELLY as far as she knows born in ireland who's fathers name is the same, she thinks he was born about february of 1964 his father kept him & brought him up in ireland his mother did not marry his father & at the time her name was IRIS CHAPMAN my friend has never seen this brother & would like to contact him if he is willing, all information would be gratefully recieved, thank you.
