Hi, I'm looking for my brother born 7th January 1954 at the lying-in Hospital York Rd in London in the registration district of Lambeth. Your birth name was Stephen Patrick Joyce but your name was changed to David Patrick Joyce at your baptism on the 24th January 1954.
Your mothers name was Eileen Theresa Elizabeth Joyce born 1st October 1928. In October last year I met an uncle who thought he knew about you and that maybe you had been adopted in Ireland?
I am your little sister born in 1955. I have looked for you for many years and have alot of information about our mother who I had contact with,that is a long and involved story which I would like to share with you.
As I said I have got to the point where it is probably so near to finding you but the powers that be will not release your adopted name -were you adopted in Sept 1958?
