Seeking information and/or relatives of POWELL or McGRATH/McGRAW, County DOWN.
In particular Isaac POWELL, bn approx 1815-19, married Margaret McGRATH (McGRAW),bn approx 1815-19, in 1845. Left County Down in 1849/50 for Canada. Son Abraham born in St Johns, New Brunswick in 1850. The family left New York in 1855 for Victoria in Australia. Eventually settled in Talbot/Clunes area of Victoria.
I would like any help in tracking down information for County Down from 1850 and earlier.
