I am trying to locate my missing Uncle "Leslie Emanual Smith" who dissapeared 1965 however Scotland yard advised my family in 1997 they believe they have found him but would not disclose his whereabouts. He is from Australia and was born on Xmas day 1936. If anyone could please help me I would be truly grateful.
