I have recently heard a name of a townland or parish that my g-g-grandparents may have come from in Wexford, Ireland. The name of "Monogarra" shows up on several records that I've found. Is this a town name or a Catholic Parish name? I would also like to find a list which contains ALL Catholic Parish names in Wexford for the years 1750 - 1850. I have been told that they were over 80 parishes (Catholic) at that time. There are only 49 listed in the list that I found on the internet, but I am assuming that they are present day parishes. Anyone with any information, please contact me. Thanks.
