Conneran known as Hugh or Bert.
I am looking for my father he worked for a construction firm called Gleesons, as a bridge forman, building the M1 motorway at Sandiacre Nottingham. He stayed with a lady called Eva Shepard of Town Street Sandiacre, and was seeing a girl called Margaret Carter, also of Town Street. I am her son and would very much like to know my father. I do not wish to upset his life, but I have children of my own now and I have nothing to tell them. If anyone knows anything please mail me, as I feel that a piece of my life is still missing.
