I am researching my paternal ancestors. My fathers name was James Farrell of Athlone Co Westmeath Ireland.He was born Feb 18th 1907 and was baptised in St Marys catholic church Athlone on Feb 19th 1907.His fathers name according to his Baptismal lines was John & his mothers name was Bridgit. He had one sibling named John.I would like any info regarding his parents or where in Athlone he lived. I am given to understand he was fostered at some stage to a family named Dempsey from The Derries Kiltoom Co Roscommon Ireland.He married Mary Teresa Leonared of Kiltoom around 1929.
