Hi I am looking for information on the marriage of John Murphy and Mary Welsh,I think were married in Ireland before coming to England.
In the 1881 census they were living at Elvins Yard Goole Eng, at that time John was not living at home, maybe at sea.
Mary was listed as boilermakers wife aged 40 born in Ireland.All of their children were born in Goole,eldest James was aged 20,so they had been in England for at least 20 years.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
