Can anyone advise me how to find out who lived in/owned a property in Tipperary. I have a complete address and have been told one of our ancestors lived there but so far have not found anyone with Irish connections/roots.
The original property has been knocked down and new houses built on the site butthe address remains the same.
I imagine the time period to be late 1700's to early 1800's. I need to know when the original was built and when it was knocked down but don't know where to start!!
hoping someone may be able to tell me if perhaps a local council/history society would be the place to start.
