NEW information on Robert and Elizabeth [BEATTIE/BEATTY] WRIGHT. From the June 9, 2000 posting.
I have found an old letter stating that a Mary McEWEN is connected to my WRIGHT'S as being a neice to Robert WRIGHT. Mary McEwen married Sparta King EDWARDS and they had three children, Saddie Viola Edwards who married a William LITTLE, Irene May Edwards, who never married, and a son Rhodes Edwards. Mary MC EWEN came to the USA in 1885 according to the 1900 census for Rhode Island, but I have been unable to document that her McEwen family is part of the Wright's.
