I have been researching the Tottenham family tree, and have reached the position of "What do I do next."
My grandfather was William Tottenham
A Chief Engineer in the Royal Navy, England.
He served on the" HMS LIFFEY" in 1861.
He was born at Chatham Kent in 1838.
He settled later at Stoke Damerel Devon, where he lived with his wife Sophia Louisa(nee Willoughby) and his family of three children.William Willoughby, Charles Edward Reginald and Mary Sophia.
His father's name was also William Tottenham.
Does anyone have any details of this William Tottenham?
