Mary was my g.g.grandmother. Born @1820.
Came to Austalia. Married George EDWARDS from Berkshire England. Cannot find their marriage certificate. It was supposed to be Maryborough, Queensland but Pre-Queensland records (New South Wales) no record of marriage. She had 14 children and died 5th Septmber 1912 at Binnaway, New South Wales. Her parents were, I think, Edward and Catherine (nee TRAC"E"Y) KENNEDY. Edward Kennedy may have been a soldier in war and/or a convict soldier?
Any information re her birth and marriage would be greatly appreciated. Her son, Thomas Patrick EDWARDS was born Maitland, New South Wales, Australia 27th March 1860. He went to the Boar War - spent a lot of time in South Africa - started a family there and came back to his family in Australia and died at Coonababran 31st Mary 1922.
