Looking for inforation on my greatgrandfather who went to New Brunswick as a nine year old in 1839.His name was John Henrey Doherty from Donegal. Was left in New Brunswick and the family went to Virginia. He never heard from tjem again. I would like to know if any one knows who his family was.He named his children Alonzo John, William, Leonard, Walter, James Peter and George. One daugter EMma. If this means anything.
