Charles Wm WITHAM born SHEFFIELD, England 1st June 1916
He was fostered as a child, taking the foster parent's surname, ( unknown surname, no paperwork &unofficial fostering )
He must be in someone's family ??? His birth mother was Gertrude Hobson formerly Witham neeLane.
Charles has a TWIN brother, my father, they have never met since June 1916.
He is NOT on the UK electoral roll under his birth name, but his date of birth 1/6/16 must surelybe recognized !!!
Is he your dad/grandfather????
