ASHTONS - If there is anybody there in England who is researching their Ashton family ancestry, Iwould be most happy to correspond with you. I have been searching for years for my family there. Myggrandfather & ggrandmother come to America in about 1869-1872 along with 5 of their 6 children. Ihave reason to think that one child remained in England. My ggrandparents were Isaac Ashton andSarah(maiden name unknown). My mother always said they come from Liverpool, that could mean theysailed from Liverpool. I would be happy to talk to anyone.
