I am looking for a Sandra Ann CARTER born 21 March 1942,Birth mother Betty CARTER neeGerrad,nee Player - Birth Father Godfrey Charles CARTER. Betty and Godfrey married 16 September 1937. Sandra Ann Carter appears to be my mothers half sister, my mother who was adopted atbirth, her birth name was Pamela Anne CARTER DOB 9 November 1937.
