SEARCH: This is a search for an American friend, Kathy. She is desperately trying to find her 2 brothers. Her eldest brother, DELRAY RATZA, was born in 1950/51 in WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, USA. Her uncle believes, he may NOT have been adopted, but put into an institution for slow or retarded persons. DELRAY was not retarded, just slow. Kathy's youngest brother was called, MARK GREGORY RATZA. Kathy lived with him for about a year & remembers calling him JOHNNY & Kathy believes that he was given this name, when he was adopted. It is believed that a lady called LORNA JEAN..... (no surname known)adopted him. MARK was also born in WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, USA in the year 1956. If anyone, anywhere, has any information, please let me know asap. The parents are not with us anymore & so these 2 boys are the only other family Kathy has, besides her uncle.
