Still looking for my mother JULIETTE PHILLIPS ,who after my birth married a MICHAEL PATRICK SHEEHAN.My own father is named as ROBERT CHARLETT and in my adoption records he is said to be an "entertainer" ( take this with a pinch of salt maybe!)I also have a half sister who was adopted 2 years before me and was named at birth DENISE JOAN PHILLIPS although she will not be known by this name now.I was born in ST. LUKES hospital in guildford on 18th july 1959 and my sister was born on 4th dec 1956 at DORKING general hospital. I believe the PHILLIPS family were quite a large family who lived in the KINGSTON UPON THAMES area, and any information, which may lead to the whereabouts of my mother (or father) would be grately appreciated.
