I am looking for Carmen who lives in Plymouth but was born in Doncaster. Her mothers maiden name was Shaw and her natural fathers name was Ted Smith. I think she was born in 1966 but definatley between 1964 and 1968. She has recently tried to contact her father but had no reply.
