Your birth date is 15th April 1956 and you were registered as JULIA WOODGATE.
Your mother's name at that time was
AVRIL PATRICIA WOODGATE nee PLIMER.No name was given for your father.
You were born at Mowbray Maternity Hospital, EXETER, DEVON.
Apparently you were adopted at the same time as me, being July 1959.
