looking for someone with surname THOMAS who was the batman/butler to field marshall Slim throughout his career. After WWII field marshall Slim became Govenor general of Australia and my grandfathers brother (don't know his first name yet)Thomas went with him. If you know him or his relatives please get in touch as I'm researching my branch of the Thomas family
