I am searching for descendents of Alan Davidson and Mary Christie Davidson who were last to have lived at 54 Quay Street Saltcoats in the late 1800s and early 1900s. They originally came from New Cumnock and had 12 children - most of them were coal miners. We assume that some of the children may have stayed in New Cumnock. I am a descendent of Arch Davidson - the youngest and who attended Kyleshill School in Saltcoats. Arch sailed to America on the Leviathan on 10/28/25 when he was 17. One of his brothers, David, moved to Niagara Falls, NY sometime after Arch had arrived and settled in Cleveland Ohio. Thank you for your help.
