Trying to locate my father's birth mother. He was adopted in the year 1934. His birth date is 23/4/34. The name he was given was 'James' which was kept by his adopted parents.
The birth mothers name - Agnes Boyd Carmichael and was a Boot SalesWomen, her parents names are James Magnus and Mary H.D. Carmichael. Their address at the time was
52 Ardgown Street Glasgow. The adoption took place in Glasgow.
Dont want to upset anyones lives, but would appreciate any information on Agnes. Thank you so much.
