GRANT, Niel b. 1814, Isle of Skye,d. Australia 1854 m. Effie(Euphemia) McARTHUR (1835-1879) in Strath, Skye. Her parents were John SHAW who was deceased before 1839, when his widow Mary (Nee Mc ARTHUR)came to Australia with Niel, Effie and two children, arriving in 1840. They had a large family here and I have a lot of information on them. Niel's mother was believed to be a BUCHANAN. THERE IS A LOT OF MISSING INFORMATION MISSING IN SCOTLAND AND I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE.
