I am looking for the parents of my great grandfather, James Russell. He also had a brother named John that I know of. His father was a paddler and he lived in Aberchirder, Scotland. He was born in 1831. He eventually moved to Insch, Scotland and was married to Elizabeth Ross. They moved to Fergus, Canada around 1871 or 1872. I have information from a relative in Insch that was passed down from my mom in which I was told that there are three generations of my Russell kin in the Aberchirder cemetery. Please if you have any information I would appreciate it. I have photographs of James Russell with his wife Elizabeth Ross and their children.
