I am searching for a record of the birth of my grandfather, Alexander Robertson, who was supposedly born at Boghead, Aberdeenshire c.1862. He later changed his name to Alexander Robertson Brown after working with Brown & Polson near Glasgow. He emigrated to Tasmania, married and had 4 sons and then moved to New Zealand. I understand his mothers' name to be Mary.
Any info would be appreciated,
