i was born christopher anthony cawley on 7th march 1964 at clatterbridge hospital wirral. my mother was winifred anne cawley born 10th may 1946 we think in ireland she had two brothers tim cawley and martin cawley also two sisters marie ellen cawley and theresa cawley. she was found in altringam cheshire aged 14 and put into care of social services she had been living with gypsysafter her mothers death in scotland.when she reached 16 she was in residential employment at leas school hoylake wirraland then admitted to a girls hostel in davenport and worked daily at edgely grange nursing home stockport, in 1963 she became resident there later admitted to prospect house, hoylake to await the birthshe left prospect house in may 1964 she returned to edgely grange she did try to keep me buti was received into the childrens depertment on 7th may and placed at beech mount nursery, bowden where it was decided i was to be given up for adoption. i also know i was baptised at st.catherines and martinas church hoylake and my godmothers name was eileen prior who worked at 7,trinity road wirral my mother also stayed at the lucas hotel,portwood,stockport under the name of mrs. cunsten. i would appreciate any information at all no matter how trivial as i would dearly like to meet my mother if thats what she wishes but if not i totally understand even so it would be nice to know is she alive and well and living in uk or did she go back to ireland contact anytime day or night mctia@btopenworld.com ask for my wife pauline thank you.
