Hello from down under, I am interested to find out if my ancestors came from Ireland. The surname is LOVELL. My great grandfather was Henry LOVELL who was born about 1868 and married Rachel Louisa Williams, in Tasmania, Australia, on 23/9/1885, when they were both aged 17. My query is; were there any LOVELLS transported from Ireland to Australia? I would be pleased to here from anyone who might know how and where I can get any information regarding my LOVELL ancestors.
