Jacqueline Denise Waite (Birth Mother). Looking for son ...born 20th September 1966... St Marys Hospital Croydon Surrey.....Placed for adoption with Church of England Adoption Society..now called Child Link..on November1966.(message left with them and Norcap)Finalised March 1967.Adoption took place through Bromley,Kent court.Was adopted by a couple in their early 30's and had two girls aged 4 and 5.
